R & D Section

The Research and Development section of Zarin Iran Porcelain Industries is consisted of the following sections :

1- Ceramic Laboratory

4- Designing and Decal printing    

5- Technical and Engineering

Ceramic and Chemistry laboratory with the professional staffs , have the following facilities:

♣ Impact Test Hammer  Machine : 

To determine the resistance of porcelain tableware against impact.

♣ Heat Shock Measuring Machine :

For measuring the tableware resistance to the heat shocks.

♣ Hardness  Measurement Machine :

To measure glaze solidity against scratching

♣ Whiteness Measuring Machine :

To determine the whiteness ratio of the porcelain ware.

♣ Dilatometer Machine :  

For measuring Glaze Heat Expansion.

♣ Photo meter Flame:

To analyze the mineral materials used in porcelain body.

Designing and decal printing section enjoys experienced technical staffs and expert designers , with the following qualifications:

1-The most advance designing software.

2-The latest technology in Screen printing.

3-Image Setter Machine for preparing films.

4-Densitometer Machine for improvement of the  printing quality.

5-UV  Machine  for measuring the UV stream.

The main activities of designing and developing section can be summarized as follows:
